After Departure Clean                                        


Our staff we give your property a full clean including kitchen and appliances, remove all unused food items from the fridge and cupboards, bathroom, sweep and mop throughout, dust and polish. Change towels and all bed linen, clean interior windows. During our visit the staff will check for any damages to your property and will be reported to you.

Kitchen

Clean all dishes/cookware and return to appropriate places.
Remove all food from refrigerator and freezer, wipe down shelves.
Wipe down all counter surfaces and appliances (toaster oven, coffee maker, etc.)
Vacuum floor
Stove top should be left clean and free from grease

Bathrooms

Wipe down sink and shower/bathtub making sure there are no hairs, toothpaste, water, etc.
Vacuum floor to remove all hairs, etc.

Livingroom

Check all surfaces and drawers to remove your personal belongings.
Wipe all tops of furniture to remove soil.
Vacuum all floors.

Bedrooms

Check all surfaces and drawers to remove your personal belongings.
Wipe all tops of furniture to remove soil, water or anything that could ruin the furniture
Vacuum all floors for sand.  Please do not leave sand in the house.
Neatly fold blankets and place on end of bed. Wash and dry if necessary.
Check under beds for personal belongings.
Place pillows neatly on bed.

Dining room

Wipe down table, removing all crumbs and soil.
Vacuum floor and remove crumbs and soil from chairs.

Trash

Empty all trash pails from bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. and put trash outside in trash bin and make sure trash bin cover is closed.

Inspection

The property manager will go through the house subsequent to your departure.
You are not expected to sanitize the toilets or floors but all of the above checklist items should be addressed, please.
Any additional cleaning that is required will be deducted from your cleaning security deposit.

Midweek Clean                                                  


We tidy everything.
We clean all dust and stains from furniture, electrical appliances etc.
We remove all rubbish.
We remove all dirty linen and towels.
We clean the bathrooms and place all fresh towels.
We make all beds with fresh linen.
